Harry, I am loathe to place blame before the bodies are counted so
since some of us refuse to be drawn into such, please stop being a
political ghoul trying to make PC brownie points off the bodies of the
dead. Maybe next week when it is more appropriate we can have a
discussion on this. Till then, please stop ranting and say something
constructive. I'll be happy to debate in print at a more appropo time.

Of course, now we find that the Corps of Eng say that the funding had
nothing to do with the levee breach because the section that broke had
just been upgraded and was considered stronger than other sections.
Now, how will Harry blame Bush? Why not wait a few days to assign
blame?
