Down the Chicago river (going south near China town) South Branch marine
$2.99 a gallon

It's time to get a rope! Then tow the SOB out to sea ... dock, pump,

Are you suggesting a tax free offshore fuelling point? Even a
floating refinery on a ship?

I love it!

An Irving built a floating pulp mill years ago. It hasn't moved
from it's mooring on the St. John river, NB in many years.
