I quit working and had all these white shirts left. They are great on a
boat as sunblockers.

And no tie. Sweet!

Guys.... what of my swelled up spots on my vinyl from
the Copertone "Sport" sunblock? Is this a known thing
or a known chemical reaction? Can't I stop it, reverse it ?

I'd try calling Coppertone and see if they have any ideas. I can think of none,
other than recovering the cushions. You may try calling the boat manufacturer
and seeing if they would consider selling or maybe giving you some new cushions,
or at least the covers.

I strongly suspect that this is unreversable. You will probably
need to replace or recover your seats.
