... "Peter Aitken" wrote in message om... Finally, we took delivery of our new boat this past weekend. We still can't really believe we did it! Thanks to all who answered questions and gave advice. Pictu http://www.pgacon.com/SeaSharp.htm -- Peter Aitken Peter Curious what a boat like that cost you (rough estimate is good). Also, what do they charge for a slip in NC? Wife is pushing me to get a summer home on the east coast. I live in Chicago and have a boat in Madison, WI, but would like another one near the summer home. Very nice boat! Dan The list price is around $160,000, that's no secret. No one pays list as far as I know. You can get a discount, larger or smaller depending on the time of year (relative to the model year), dealer stock, etc. We are keeping it in dry storage, which is popular in this area. They use a huge forklift to haul to boat in and out of the water as needed. It costs $2900 a year. -- Peter Aitken |
