Bravo 1 drive oil blowing out.

My Bravo 1 is starting to blow gear oil out of the oil bottle. Could I have an
air leak and when I am at full power it is creating air pressure in the lower
unit?

Bravo 1 drive oil blowing out.

More likely water in the lower unit. Check soon before using again.

Check the gasket in the cap, one time after topping off the gear oil bottle, I
returned from fishing, and saw the engine compartment covered in gear oil. I
searched for a leak, but then discovered that when I set the cap down on the
black air cleaner cover, the gasket dropped out, I reinstalled and have had no
problem since.
