OT--Bush approval rating the same as it was on election day.
 

Sunday June 26, 2005--Fifty percent (50%) of American adults approve of the
way George W. Bush is performing his role as President.

During 2004, reports on the President Job Approval were based upon surveys
of Likely Voters. Typically, a survey of Likely Voters would report a Job
Approval rating 2-3 points higher than a survey of all adults.

On Election Day, the President's Job Approval was at 52%.

Hmmmm. Rasmussen (the most accurate pollster in the last two Presidential
elections) says that a survey of likely voters (which he used in 2004)
reports job approval ratings 2-3 points higher than a survey of all adults
(which he's using now). I guess that means that Bush is polling at (or
ahead) of where he was when he received 62 million votes...or 3 million more
than his opponent.

Kraus, I seem to recall your self-proclaimed altruism (rebuilding burned out
churches, doing pro bono work for the poor, etc, etc, etc.). Have you ever
considered donating yourself - while still alive - to the Psychiatry
Department of Harvard Medical School? It might lead to a giant leap forward
in medical science and provide important help for hundreds of thousands in
future generations who are similarly afflicted.

Both, as you can see our election system is outdate and very inaccurate.
With all the voting problems that has come to air, who knows who really won
that election ? Good example is our governor election in WA state. Dont you
find it very interesting that we are still voting our president by
electorial votes ? The voting system has never been overhauled, and is much
outdated.
