If you were dithering about traveling to Halifax to attend the Nova
Scotia Tattoo, start your engines. Another great reason to come was
just announced last week.
The Russian Paratrooper Unit is sending their song & dance ensemble.
This is the first time the group has performed outside Russia.

Hell, here in DC we have the USMC's silent drill platoon and the Comadant's
own performing every Tuesday evening at 7:00 PM at the Iwo Jima memorial and
then there is the sunset parade, same participants, at 8th & I every Friday
at 8:00 PM. Or, you can go to the Army's thing on Wednesday nights and I
believe that the Navy has something at their memorial some night of the week
too.
