Jim, if this were almost anyone else, I would agree that you may have
*accidentally* missed the scroll bar. You, however, are probably the most
prolific c&p'er (cut and paste'er) on the board. Do you really expect us to
believe that was a simple mistake?

I'll ask again, what additional countries would you require to call this a
