I'm thinking about buying a 2004 Lawn Chair Boat. Would this be better
equipped with a 3.0L or 4.3L? I plan to tow some small end tables.

I would say you want the 3.0L. Less weight will mean less wake, quicker
planing, ability to run larger prop due to less weight, run faster due to
larger prop and less weight. Makes sense right.

It's a frigg'n lawnchair on some foam, and a couple of 4" PVC pipes to give
it a little strength. and a couple of hundred dollar new trolling motor. I
admit the lawn chair is a nice model.
