@%#$ Boat Yard! Boat's still not in water!
What to do besides whine???
She's all waxed and ready to go, but the yard just hasn't gotten around to launching her. And from the look of the boats still in the way, it won't be anytime soon. I dare not make an angry scene as I need to trust these guys to keep the boat safe. I don't want to threaten legal action for the same reason. There are no real alternatives in our area, so I can't threaten to take my business elsewhere. I already offered extra money. I've even asked the yard owner if I've offended him in some way. It seems the reason for the endless delay is they just have too many boats. They have my sympathies for their overwork, but its June already and we've missed nearly two months of boating. Boo-hoo!!! Even the whining doesn't help. Anyone got any ideas?? Larry Weiss "...Ever After!" - still in dry dock! |
The best thing to do is to have them haul your boat out last in the
fall. This way your the first one in come spring time. Works every time! |
