I spent Saturday painting our 2nd bedroom for one of our sons. His buddy lost his job when an airline co. went belly up and he bailed out of the shared apartment they had. My son couldn't afford the whole cost so he's coming home for a bit. Yesterday, we used a U-haul truck to move him. Boy...I'm starting to hate those big queen sized mattresses. ( required for length more than width...up here hard to get bedding for xlong twins) |

Well, it isn't the weather that's "Skunky" out here on the Wet Coast. It's that ever-present mysterious fog we're always in. Actually weather here has been pretty good lately with temps in the high 20s, low 30s Cels., 70-85 Faren. My boat, 35' mahogany planked sloop, is still in the shed, getting some planking replaced and all the other little problems we're finding along the way. Seams are starting to open up pretty good with the dry and warmth. Got about a month to go before she hits the water. Hope it's not just a seive when she slides into (not under) the salt chuck. I didn't call anyone childish. Go back and look. I said his ACTIONS were childish, and they were, as are yours. |
