Throw them in alt.binaries.pictures.fishing. It's not too busy, and it
*is* boating related (maybe someone even had a line in the water). ********* My computer doesn't want to access alt.binaries.pictures.fishing. Odd, everything seemed to be OK when I retarded the spark and started it with a crank first thing this morning........ I'll shoot you 2 or 3 of the better photos to your email address. They were taken with a short lens point and shoot, so some of them need to be enlarged and cropped to be interesting. |
John H......no luck with your PocoLoco email address.

wrote in message oups.com... Great article Chuck. Now, where's the freakin' pictures?!? :) *********** I have just a few good shots, but I am relying on my buddy Jim for most of the photos. I ran the tape recorder, (tough job-hold it in your hand), and took a few snapshot quality pictures with a small point and shoot digital. Jim brought the better photo gear. No way to post photos to the NG, however, and I don't have a personal website to link to. It's "use your imagination day" for the photos. Before this goes to print it we'll add a sidebar from Jim and pick out the best group of photos we can assemble between our two groups. Send me a private email right after press day, (June 8), with an address where you can receive mail and I'll shoot you a free copy of the magazine- photos and all. :-) Look at getting a Sony DSC-60U digital camera for foul weather / water shots. About $150 out of NYC. Is a waterproof to 5' camera. Great for snorkeling and I keep it on the boat for fishing pics. 2 mpixel. |
