Hello to all!
Went down to our local marine parts store yesterday for a set (2) of u-joints for a friends Volvo Penta Sx outdrive yesterday and they charged me $88.00 for each u joint. The total was just shy of $190.00 with tax. Could it be that the cost of the u-joints is $88.00 for the pair and not $88.00 for each one? That price seems a little high considering that you can by u-joints for most cars for $10.00. I realize that auto parts are not marine parts but i don't expect them to be 8 x more expensive. Any thoughts or input would be greatly appreciated thanks! matt |
