FA: 36.5' x 19' LP 17'7" sail w/German brass hardware
I know very little about this sail or about sailing in general, but
appears to be very well made. There's a cable that runs through the sail along the longest side, and there are several very fine looking, smooth operating spring-loaded clips (marked "Germany") along this side as well. About 4 ft. up this side there is another cable somehow attached or spliced into the main cable- one cable end emerges about a ft down from there and the other emerges at the bottom. The brass eyelets at the corners appear to have been reenforced by hand-stitched leather. Auction ends soon- about 24 hours after I've posted this.
