Default FS: Sailboat, American 24 Sloop

1979 24 Foot American Sailboat, built by American Mariner Industries,
this boat was made for sail cruising. Complete sailing package from a
boat that spent most of its time on the trailer. Lots of cockpit as
well as cabin space. Sleeps 5 comfortably. Small galley with table,
sink, alcohol stove, and ice box. New stereo with CD player and used
VHF radio (needs repair). New bilge pump, new bulkhead compass,
porta-potti, lots of storage space, teak trim. Main, jib, and genoa
for a little extra fun. Sails have sail bags. Main sail has sail
cover for the boom. Comes complete with a 1975 tandem axle 26 foot
trailer (recent paint) and a 1982 Yamaha 9.9 LJ (9.9 horse long shaft)
outboard for motoring. Two 5 gallon gas tanks. Easy to trailer and
maneuver, have had this boat on various waters from Lake Washington to
Lake Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. Shallow draft makes for easy launching
and close to shore operation. Included in the package is a 1984
Polywog Dinghy with oars. This package is ready to go. NADA Low
Retail book is $7,005 and High Retail book is $8,885. Copies of NADA
