2000 EVINRUDE 200 HP HEAD GASKET QUESTION

I am mortified. I have an Evinrude and the motor in question is my son's and
it is a Mercury. I never saw it with the covers on and I always think
Evinrude.
A thousand apologies for my stupidity and a thousand thanks for your kind
