![]() "Jim" wrote in message ... Opinion At least you were smart enough to list this one as "opinion". Conason writes for Salon.com, so I find nothing wrong with someone expressing an opinion on that site. However, a lot of the authors that you've been quoting have been writing "opinion" pieces that have been disguised as "news" in The Washington Post and NY Times. Of course, MSNBC is quick to pick up this articles and redistribute them. Whatever happened to objective journalism? |

How would you be totally objective about someone whose entire reason for existence is to create spin? :-) Seriously - how would YOU report that? Write us a paragraph, NOYB. We're not talking about a train derailment - a purely physical occurrence with little room for opinion. |

Haven't you caught on yet that these guys act is pure double think? Anything claimed by a pro-Bush source, including paid-for advertising and blatant partisan mudslinging is FAIR AND BALANCED. Anything else (especially anything that might pass muster in the real world) is libby-rull spinmeistering. Anything that portrays Bush & Cheney as less than one-half step below divinity is TREASON as well as an obvious lie. I don't think Nobby really thinks this way (because he is actually a Socialist agitator), but the rest of them are hopeless. And this mob wants to run the country based on the same denial, illogic, & wishful thinking. Write us a paragraph, NOYB. We're not talking about a train derailment - a purely physical occurrence with little room for opinion. If two men are looking at an animal, and one says it's a German Shepherd and the other one says it's a Chihuahua, they can discuss what kind of dog it is. If one says it's a German Shepherd and the other one says it's a tire balancing machine, then they have nothing to talk about. DSK |
