Does anyone know of a handy translator for these. I understand you can
learn the manufacture, and date of manufacture if you know what you're
doing.

Yes. I made the standard in the '50s.

Thanx for the info. I've always wondered how to read that number. All
I knew was the the last digits were the model year.
