why do people persist in posting anything to do with george Bush & Co.
here? This is a boating section for goodness sake! The only
explanation is that these people are so boring that nobody else pays
any attention to them!

1) Our boats are out of the water and the cabin fever is getting REALLY bad.
2) Most of the people who post political stuff are also experienced boaters.
You'll notice that they post extremely helpful responses to the boating
questions.
3) If you're sitting in a bar at a marina, do you discuss only boats?

There is a rumor going around that Bush is planning to drain
Chesapeake Bay to allow for more chicken ranching on the eastern shore
of Maryland. For this reason, any discussion of George Bush *is*
boating related.
