Prop selection?
 

Last fall I fried the powerhead in my 1996 Johnson 90HP. After a lot of
agonizing about rebuild vs repower, I bit the bullet and bought a new Evinrude
E-Tec 90HP. The dealer is bolting it to my transom today and Monday we'll do
sea-trials and prop-selection. He'll throw in any SS prop I want, but is
recommending a Viper as the best match for this motor/hull.

The boat is a 16.5-foot V-hull (Smoker 161 ProMag), with a fairly long sloping
canadian-style bow.

Anyone with a similar rig running an E-Tec? What prop do you use? What pitch?

Recommendations?
