Reman engines?

I need to get busy getting my boat ready to go this spring.
It's a '89 Bayliner Capri with a REAL sick 2.3 Ford 4cyl. OMC
As much as I would like to just open it up and fix what's broke (for
financial reasons), I would rather have it fixed right so I don't have to
worry about reliability etc. down the road.
What I'm looking for is feedback on reman., long blocks, complete engines
etc. and where to go to get 'em.

Any help and/or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Randy

PS - I'm in western PA
