BOGOTA, Colombia (Reuters) - Five American soldiers have been arrested for
trying to smuggle hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of cocaine into
the United States on a U.S. military aircraft, the U.S. military said.

We don't seem to have any diplomatic aces in the deck anymore, or even a
belief that diplomacy is worthwhile. Do you think it has anything to do
with the dumbing down of the Presidency?
