OMC/Merccruiser outdrive adaptors...
 

The Browning restoration started me thinking about Sterndrive
Engineering and the two good V6s I have for the Corsair.

Is there an adaptor available to mate the Merc type outdrives to a OMC
V6?

OMC/Merccruiser outdrive adaptors...
 

Depending on the OMC outdrive, they may bolt straight up. The motor is
either a Ford or Chevy and the V-6 is most likely a 4.3L chevy. So the
Outdrives would take most any chevy bolt pattern or Ford pattern depending
on model.

Didn't know that - I'll have to find a old junker outdrive and try it.
