=================================================

I'm not familiar with Furuno navnet but if it supports TCP/IP protocol
there are quite a few options:

http://hardwarecentral.dealtime.com/xPF-Sony_SNCRZ30N

If the Furuno network does not support TCP/IP it would be easy to
create an 802.11b wireless network just for the purpose of
transmitting camera images to the flybridge.

Ikegami makes a great CCTV camera that can take all kinds of abuse. My boss
was called to a fire site and the Ikegami was still working, even though its
enclosure was full of water from a sprinkler. You can't get it directly from
them, though; they are a manufacturer and wholesaler.
