Court as you know was today's,

Two witness were up on behalf of the port, the first

was obvious that his testimony was not truthful and elusive.

In the end the two witnesses(the HPA) were caught exchanging information
about there testimony, even thou an exclusions of witness was brought prior
to the trail.

upon a motion Desnoyers argued that the witness had shared the testimony
and tainted the trial he was able to prove the contact with the first
witness

The Justice called a mistrial

Date for a new trail, May 30 at 1:30
