Detroit Boat Show

Can spring really be that far off. The Detroit Boat Show opens this coming
saturday (2-12) and runs through the 20th. Are there any rec.boaters who live
in or near Detroit and are planning to attend the show.

I will be going on the 17th (Thursday) and if at all possible may also go on
the 13th this coming Sunday.

I hope they have more cruisers there this year. Last year they had hundreds of
pontoon boats and fishing craft.

Yep spring is knocking on the door.

67 days to go..

Im going to fly the Lear up Monday, and spend the whole week there.

I will be there that day, but in a high level homeland security
meeting in the city.Looks like we will miss each other.

My employer has decided that they need my services so I will be unable to attend this Sunday. I will still go on the 17th as that is a scheduled vacation day for me. I will have to work it in among Drs. appointments and such but I should be able to spend most of the day there dreaming, and looking at 34 footers.

Nothing like the smell of new fiberglass and resin to get the senses functioning.

Wonder what is new this year. Last year the Regals really impressed me as did the new 39 Sundancer Express cruiser. Boy I wish I had a spare $344K laying around doing nothing.
