Some questions to ponder

3=2E Do intelligence and understanding have any relationship to whether
"Democracy" works? I would think "no" as EVERYBODY apparently gets to
vote. I would think"yes" as to how well it works. I'm wondering what
all the candidates whose indentities remained secret before the
elections, for fear of their lives, are going to do if they DO win?
Maybe work out of an "undisclosed location" ala our own trickey Dick
II?
