Hi all

Anyone have an experience or observations making new floor panels for a
Zodiac inflatable, its a Cadet 285s

If these are the hard floorboards like I have in my Zodiac, they should be
simple to reproduce. Just use the old board as a template. What happened to
your floorboards? Mine are holding well after nine seasons with this dinghy.

Yes they are in generally good condition but the previous owner for some
reason drilled a 2" hole in the rear board. I couldn't ask him why as he
part ex'ed it at the shop I bought it from. I was wondering if I could make
a one piece full length board, ie could I get it into the dingy.

Regards Ian

Deflated you could but the bottom isn't flat as in a straight line, the
bow is raised up.
