It does have a little resemblance I guess. Nice looking boat. Why are you opposed to diesels? Well, to tell the truth I'm a little leery of vibration in a boat this size. It would seem to me that twin diesels in a boat like this it would be both noisy and lot's of vibration. BTW, prior to getting the Navigator, I had a 28' 1978 Uniflite Mega, complete with blisters all over the deck. I saw one of those a couple of weeks ago at a yard up in Fall River. Interesting boat.
