The Ranger is white with blue/gold accents and blue bottom paint. The Contender is white with black accents and black bottom paint. The Princecraft is blue. The canoe is green. The Starcraft is aluminum gray. Of the four, I like the Ranger color scheme much better than the others. Later, Tom The Jetcraft is Maroon, the canoe is green, the Valco is aluminum, the kayak is sorta green, the float tube is orange and green. |

Matt Geez Matt, take it EASY - this group has been mostly about boats the past few days and far-and-away better than before the election. My boat has an off-white top deck (to reduce sun glare) a dark blue stripe at the top, then white, and is deep-red from the water-line down. The scheme gives off just a hint of a "red-white-and-blue" patriotic feeling but it's subtle - not "in your face." |

The fibreglass fishing boat is also gold with white deck. I don't particularly like gold/yellow boats so I wonder how I have/ had so many. PeterHK |

Aluminimum Fishing boat is grey metallic, no coloring so it does not count. Main boat is white with a red stripe Canoe 1 is red polymer Canoe 2 is fiberglass, blue with a white inside Kayak 1 is fiberglass, white hull, blue top, white inside Kayak 2 is fiberglass white hull, red top, white inside kayak 3 is green polymer Why the green Kayakyou ask? My wife is 100% Italian except every once in a while she has a little Polish in her........ Ahhhh never mind. The Ranger dealer here in CT sold a brand new 520 Ranger Comanche in metallic gray with the Comanche stripes the colors of the Irish flag. http://www.home.earthlink.net/~tomf123/P8130036.JPG The picture doesn't do it justice - it has to be the ugliest boat I've ever seen. It gets mighty cold up where Lloyd lives... In the winter he's in the warmest part of the country...followed by my area. The oceans tend to regulate temperature a bit. His Vinyl Valerie could use a good pair of 'Stanfields underwear' though. |
