If so:

Where is it? The radio ads mention Southport and Holden Beach.
???


What size homes are they building ?

It is on the "beautiful Lockwood Folly River," which is now virtually
land-locked since the Corps of Engineers has no money to keep the
River/ICW open and thus, navigable....

I thought I've spied a dredge over there fixing that *mess*.
