If there was ever a reason to vote for Bush the NY Times endorsement of
Kerry is it.

It's a very well-researched, well-written piece. Newspaper editorials
haven't meant much since the 1950s, but some of them are worth reading.
This one is.

Funny

And don't forget that he blamed the whole problem on a British company.

It's the fault of a US company operating in Britain because they think
they can make more money there and the lack of planning by Bush's
agencies and policies.

Wrong policy, wrong planning, wrong president.....

Does this suprise anyone that a Socialist left-wing rag endorses a Socialist
left-wing candidate for President.

John Kerry for President

Senator John Kerry goes toward the election with a base that is built
more on opposition to George W. Bush than loyalty to his own candidacy.

It would have been a surprise if the New York Times endorsed someone
other than Kerry after the complete bias in favor of the Left that
they have exhibited all year. The statement above is the only neutral
statement they made. I don't understand why anyone buys the paper, but
it must be popular with those that have similar biases. It is only
suitable for shredding and using for packing material.

First two lines of the piece say all that needs be said. Kerry was a dead
issue last winter until Howard Dean imploded. Then Kerry's great attraction
was that he looked serious and he wasn't Dean. That propped him up until he
had won enough primaries to appear electable, and he has carried on from
there almost exclusively on the strength of the fact that he is *not* GWB.
Very little of Kerry's strength is innate.

Bush reminds me of all the bad brother-in-law jokes, the nice, sometimes
drunk, totally incompetent guy who whenever anything goes wrong, tries
to blame someone else.

I just loved it the other night when Dubya the Doof, confronted with his

I figger round about Halloween you'll think of a way to blame W for the
coming weather this winter.

I can't believe Harry actually posted that as a newsworthy event.

Didn't the Crawford, Texas paper recently endorse Kerry?

Now that's my idea of news.

The publisher seems to be paying dearly for that endorsement.
