Portable Reverse Osmosis
The actual membrane part of the RO unit under our kitchen sink is rather
small. If one were doing a long hike along a very remote beach (10+ days), a small hand pumped RO thing could make much more sense than trying to haul all that water. Also, I was thinking that sea kayakers might want be interested in sea water without all the salt. Any ideas here? thanks bill |

At an hour's work for a quart of water, you won't be taking many showers. "bg4a" wrote in message om... The actual membrane part of the RO unit under our kitchen sink is rather small.
