ps - his wife is a social worker. I never understood why he was too
embarrassed to accept her degree and had to make up a doctor doctor degree.

I would use epoxy glue to secure wooden plugs ... dowels(oak would be nice) or
match sticks would work... depending on the amount of looseness.




Hmmm. Thanks...I like that.

A 'proper' way to do it would be to drill the wallowed out screwhole
to a slightly bigger size, put some glue in the hole, then tap in an
appropriate sized dowel. You more than likely don't even have to wait
for the glue to set before rehanging the speakers.

If you are using wood plugs, use toothpicks, not match sticks. Matches use a
soft wood, toothpicks are hardwood. Cut the point off one end and drive the
pointed end in.

Use pieces of dowel, drill the holes out the size of the dowel, being
careful not to enlarge the hole. Rough up the dowel a little with
sandpaper, this will allow the glue to seep into the dowel some, and
swell it up in the hole. Use two part waterproof wood glue, apply
liberally to the dowel, then tap into the hole, not to worry, it can
be cut flush when dry. Then, redrill.

work, just as he turned down another $10,000 to show his wife has two
doctorate degrees.

$20,000 for 5 minutes work and he turned it down.

Yeah Bassy, we believe he owns a custom made 36 foot lobster boat. LOL

Especially when he made a big deal out of you not accepting a bet for $1,000
to prove he had a Parker.

Do you honestly think THAT is PROOF? Because someone turned down
