A 'real' good news story for JohnH
 

An American vessel came forward to assist in the towing of our submarine
back to Scotland. The original tug broke one of it's lines and could only
tow the sub at about 3 or 4 knots. Apparently the American vessel is set up
to assist submarines , took over and got the sub back a day or two earlier.
Not sure if the vessel was US Navy but the crew sure were glad to get back
after wallowing around on the surface of the rough Irish Sea since Tuesday.
