LOL, I have too now, found and bought a boat. Not a dream boat but still
quite adequate. Since my past boating experience is getting near thirty
years old and those boats carried thirty nine well equipped passengers
with a ramp in the front so they could attend "beach parties" I'll be
needing all the help I can get.

Now all I have to do is find those late season stripers.

Rips, under blue fish blitzes and chunking off the bottom. Any where
you find a corner on a rip or along the edges.

Depending on where you live, the best of this season is yet to come I
think.

I haven't been down to the rips in a couple months. Might try that out week
after next. Long run from Deale, but worth it sometimes.

Now that I'm feeling better, I might head out tomorrow and fish Lord's
Passage at the end of Westerly Reef (RI). During a moving tide, in
that rip, it's primo striper terrority. They hide right at the edges
waiting for something to come along. Biggest I've ever caught was
right there, inside Westerly Reef at the south end of the passage - 51
lbs.

What a horse!! Couldn't get it in the boat by myself.

Made a lot of chowdah I'll tell you what? :)

Take care.
