An Apology

I've got a better idea Harry. An idea that will keep you from ever having
to make an apology here at all. Take ALL politically related posts to a
political forum.....problem solve!!!!!

A couple of posters whose opinions I respect contacted me and suggested
I "went too far" in trying to suggest an "alternative" target area for
terrorist attacks.

You may recall my feeling is that those of us in the East have had our
share of terrorist attacks and that if the crazed Islamists feel the
need to do it to us again, they pick some other area of the country.

I hope it doesn't happen, but who knows, eh?

In any event, yesterday I suggested an alternative target area:
Crawford, Texas. I offered the easily available GPS coordinates for
Crawford (but certainly not for the Bush ranch, since I have no idea
where it is).

"Over the line," I was told.

Okay.

I withdraw that suggestion and those coordinates.

Here's a better set:

41.49770N x 82.00620W

Come on, this is BOATING. I also belong to thyroid, politics and a few
other newsgroups. There's plenty of places to hang out for politics, and
this DOESN'T need to be one of them.

and rarely post about boats.

Awesome reply Harry. Best way I've seen you dodge the issue to date.
LOL...funny thing is you actually act like a politician when answering
questions in here. Put a bunch of words together for an answer that has
nothing to do with the topic.

Hey! It's no fun playing geocache if you have all the answers!

We today have a president of the United States who looks like he is the
son of Howdy Doody and Alfred E. Newman, who isn't smarter than either
of them, who is arrogant about his ignorance, who is reckless and
incompetent, and whose backers are turning the United States into a pariah.

What, me worry?

My Nobeltec put the coordinates just north west of Cleveland...a hair south
of the international boundary in Lake Erie. I wonder if the predominate
winds there are from the North West??

"Taco Heaven" is simply the latest in the "John Smith-Comcast News"
sockpuppets and already is in the bozo bin.

Do you recall Jim the Minus MAn's son "Jeff"? Jim-- logged on here a

blame it all on his sone who was sockpuppeting here as "Jeff."

Don't remember that. I gloss over a lot of the more political

Yes, well, if Bush wins, some awful things will happen in the next four
years, guaranteed. When they do, they'll be a direct result of Bush
policies and failures. But the righties will continue to blame it all on
Bill Clinton.

In and around Erie, they're fresh-water lobsters...known to most as...

The 'lefties' are the ones that will blame it on clinton.....after all, it
is his boy McAuliffe that set up the front loaded primaries that resulted in
such a loser candidate as kerry winning the
nomination.........................or could that possibly have been
intentional in order to clear the field for hillary in 2008? You have to
