themselves Muslim and living in the Middle East is the enemy...or an enemy
sympathizer.

Apply "carpet bombing" and "reduction of warhead stockpiles" to the same
equation.

We don't have to "find him".... we just cut a deal with Russia to "drop
off" the excess arms and drill through the glass later.
