Nothing is further from the truth. Why must you righties lie ALL of time? Meeting minutes are available to the congressmen, if they so choose. In those meeting minutes, which Kerry has explained because of the lying right wing, you'd see that in almost all of those thirty eight times, he WAS there, but was in private session. You righties spin well, I must say, because most don't know or realize that a lot of the time in committee meetings is spent in private sessions, along with other members. I have a lawyer friend who wants to be a judge! Problem is, he never voted in his life. He has 10 excuses, all sound as good as the 'basskisser' excuse for Kerry. If the guy was not there, he was not there. If there were private sessions, show me the proof. |

The real work of committees is done in closed session anyway. BTW, the dumb ass currently occupying the white house spent most of the time prior to 9-11 away from his office and on vacation. Well so it's meaningless that Kerry stays away but not meaningless that Bush takes a vacation? Interesting. If Bush is so dumb, what is he doing in the White House? ****ing things up royally. ok, how did he get there then? I mean, by definition, a dumb ass should not make it far in life. It's the blind lemming republicans! You know the ones: No matter how screwed up his values and judgement, no matter how bad he screwed up the state he governed, he's a republican, you MUST lockstep to the voting booth!! |

Seems like Kerry could clear up a lot of things if he opened up his military records and attendance record for the closed Intelligence Committee meetings he *allegedly* attended. And as was previously requested, perhaps you can show where you got your information from. It's common ****ing knowledge, for god's sake! Did you not KNOW that there are many, many private session meetings for congressional committees? |

Did you actually find some info to disprove the statements that are being made? It's just common knowledge. I thought that anybody who thought they knew anything about the United States congress, knew that, when congressmen are on committees, that much of that time is spent in private session, John Smith. Also, you probably don't know this either, but when congress is in session, the congressmen come and go, they may pop in for an hour, then go to a private meeting, etc. Not knowing that, you also probably don't know that, unless they actually speak, there attendence won't be in the meeting minutes.
