Installing a ski pole on a Renken Model 1980

I have a Model 1980 Renken bow rider, it was built in 1995. I would like to
install a ski pole but have not found one that looks like it will fit well.
Has anyone installed a ski pole on this type of boat in the past? All of the
bass boat ski poles require that the rear mounting poles be mounted to a
horizontal surface. I fell like my the rear mounting poles need to be
mounted to a vertical surface. Any ideas?

Thanks

I've often though that one could be incorporated into the rear seat/engine
cover without adding extra support poles. Unless you are talking about a
tall pole. You need lines to the front for a tall pole. I suspect that the
bass boat pole support poles could be mounted on a vertical surface, or
easily adapted to. Do you have a sport interior with a full rear deck or a
engine cover with jump seats on the sides? For what it's worth I went the
tower route on my 90 stingray. It costs more but you get more hight and it
is pretty much totally out of the way.
