Honda 40hp...2003 vs. 2004
 

My dealer is trying to sell me a brand new 2003 40hp Honda and he said
it's almost exactly the same as the 2004's. He said they changed a few
stickers and that's about it. Is he telling the truth?

I called Honda Marine...the 2003's and 2004's are EXACTLY the same, no differences.
