Saw Tag Today - Not sure what it means

Saw two custom truck tags today at the marina and not sure what they mean.
They were on an outdoors special tag:

Truck had FASTXD
Car next to it (obviously belong to the same people) had 20XD

Could not figure them out. Any ideas?
