Trailer tires: radial or bias?

I am replacing the tires on my single axle trailer. The boat and
trailer weigh about 2500 lbs. total. A local tire dealer has Goodyear
Marathon radials in stock for the size I need (C78-13). I've read some
negative things about putting radial tires on a single axle trailer.
The ones I am replacing are very old bias ply, automotive tires.

Comments?

Thanks!

Stick with the Radials Bias make more drag and are more problems then they are
worth.
Do you ever See single Axle Semi trucks with Bias.. NOPE cuz they heat up to
much Radials are a lot better in the long run if you wanna have fun try a
Radial bias. theres a fun time LOL.
