We used to own a '90 Dodge Caravan, and still own racks and parts
to fit it.

FREE (you pick up)

"Quick and Easy" gutter mount plus foam and tape covered 2x4
about 75" wide, enough for 2 tandem canoes flat (and at times
another boat on top. Correct spacing for caravan (84-94 version),
or drill other holes to suit.

4 Yakima Mounts (no crossbar) for a rain gutters.
