119 is the area code to Iraq/Iran. 1 + 1 + 9 = 11
Twin Towers - standing side by side, looks like the number 11

Are you into reflexology too? I'd be real interested to know whether
Rumsfeld's organs are cool. He seems real uptight.

And that forehead twitch that Wolfowitz has, did he have that before
they discovered Iraq wouldn't be able to rebuild its own infrastructure
based on oil revenues and we'd have to give them billions of dollars, or
did he have that before we invaded?
