If judged by the same criteria as Trump, she'll be headed to jail soon. She didn't just tell a crowd to fight for their beliefs, she told rioters who have already proved to be willing to attack police, destroy property and loot to "get more confrontational". Just like she did with Rodney King. She is a clear and present danger.
