The ME found no signs of choking and there were no bruises or other injuries. This guy had a heart attack and died. Maybe Rachel never mentioned that but it will come out in the trial. The open question may hinge on whether Chauvin had a reasonable expectation that if he let Floyd get up, he would become violent again. This could get back to the tape of the previous police encounter. |
