Biden's 'Racial Equity Plan'

I'm on pins and needles what he's going to do to help out the inner-city,
union-run schools. Right now only 59% of black males graduate from high school.
If Biden's plan doesn't address this, it's a waste of time. Of course, it'll be
designed to buy votes, not actually help the situation.
