On the one hand Biden signs a "Made in America" executive order Monday,
fulfilling a long-time campaign promise to increase the amount of federal
spending that goes to American companies. This, of course, gets all favorable
media attention in the world:

But on the other hand, he begins allowing Chinese involvement in the US power
grid, which, of course, gets little or no attention from the liberal major
media.
