If you shove that many people in a town as small as Sturgis, you are
going to have transmission of the disease.
It is still out there and there is nothing you can do to stop it if
you open up anything. Sturgis was wide open.
I imagine the democrats are going to have fun with the cluster that
comes from the RNC convention too.
